Great staff super friendly. Nice clean pool area .... nice cozy rooms no issues provided us with free champagne for my friends birthday definitely recommend this place an will be back
Beautiful hotel on Duval Street. Pool is very nice and has a poolside bar. Staff are very accommodating. This is an old hotel. It had been modernized and renovated several years ago. The king rooms, however, are small and the bathrooms can only accommodate one person at a time. We had a balcony room overlooking Duval Street and we thoroughly enjoyed people watching from our balcony.
What a great place to stay, fantastic location on Duval St! Wonderful accommodations, friendly and helpful staff! I highly recommend La Concha!
Not worth the money or rewards points spent. Bathroom was completely disgusting, hair and dust everywhere (pictured). Elevator was broken and a 5 minute wait QUICKLY became 45 minutes with the same excuse. Things break- I get it, but never give a time frame you aren’t sure of. Staff (Chrissie & Alex) were pleasant enough. Other Guest Service Reps need retrained, on how to properly handle requests. Probably will not return.
