RecommendedFrom start to finish, our stay at La Concha was outstanding. Zema and the rest of the staff were very helpful and attentive, and the facilities were first-class in every regard. Our room was updated, well maintained, and comfortable. The pool area is also very nice. The location is perfect, providing quick access to all the fun on Duval Street and Mallory Square. We will definitely stay again when we return to Key West.
The Front Desk Associates were awesome but especially the Agent who’s first name begins with a Z. She was outstanding. I managed hotels for 20 years and she’s definitely someone you want on your Management Team. She truly cared about us and went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay. She delivered the wow factor. Side note: The room was a little less clean than I expected but we still had a great time.
Been coming here now 4 years in a row. Last 2 visits had to switch room due to either roaches or leaks. Moldy showers. We stay a week at a time upon visit. Next year we may have to change resorts. We hate to but, no money going back into resort. Sad

Perfect location right on Duval street
To start there is no microwave in the room, no ice makers in the hotel and there are 6 floors you have to go to the front desk to get ice. I needed a spoon and I asked the front desk and they said they dont carry any silverware. The cleaning of the rooms is not so great asked to chang our sheets two days in a row and never did it. Had to go to front desk and make it happen. But the location is good close to the action on Duvall st. Walking distance to several attractions.
