Great location............big groups are a bit of a challenge for meals, but food is good.
My wife and I are fortunate to be able to travel quite a bit. We also like to stay in nice resorts. Sweden, Denmark, Mexico, the Caribbean, all across the US. This weekend a young lady named Jerica helped us with a room request and we experienced true world class customer service. We will never forget how wonderfully this young lady treated us. La Concha you are to be commended for having someone like this on your staff. In not just impressed, I'm in awe. Nicely done Jerica. My wife and I are honored to have met you.
My husband surprised me for my birthday with a trip to the Keyes and he couldn't have chosen a better place for us to stay than this historic 1926 hotel. We both love everything about. It's charm, it's ambience that makes you step back in time. Thank you La Concha for the VIP treatment.
