Very nice hotel and very helpful staff...loved our stay here...
Wife and I stayed 2 nights at La Concha on a Wednesday and Thursday and we absolutely loved hotel. Right smack in the middle of all the action on Duval St. Not only is hotel historic but all done up with modern amenities. The hotel looks like a first class hotel because it is a first class hotel. We loved it.
This hotel is in a great location, the rooms are nice BUT house keeping is non-existent. 1st day, 1 wash cloth, bath tub was not cleaned, hair left in floor, no coffee, cups or cream and sugar. 2nd day since we complained we had sufficient of everything but the room and bathroom was not cleaned. 3rd day we were by the pool till 3, went to the room to shower and rest, housekeeping had not been there at all.
