From the outside the hotel is huge and looks lovely, inside looks nice as you walk through but it’s let down by the simplest of things just not working or being done right. We ordered room service to be told they don’t do it, after explaining a member of staff had just given us the menu, they changed their minds. Staff absolutely fantastic, especially the Reception Team. Shame about the appalling room standards, broken door lock, overheated room with no aircon or adequate ventilation. Very poor quality breakfast. Management do not respond to any communications as they are aware more unwitting customers are ready to stay here. Such a shame as this hotel has such potential.

Came Friday for 2 nights, when arrived had to get rid of the seagull in the room as the window was left open to get rid of the god awful smell of rotten sewers! Went down to complain and the porter came to leave us an airfreshener on the bed. Basically, deal with it! No room change! Had to sleep with the window closed because the smell was that bad and the seagulls just invite themselves in. Slept around 3 hours and woke up due to being overheated.
