Walked through the door and was greeted by Daniel Jacobs. Daniel asked what he could do for me and made me feel welcome with some small conversation. He explained about the recall on the car and the oil change. We added a tire rotation to finish off the visit. Daniel is very pleasant and personable. Daniel is an asset to your team

Worked with Gary Burkhart on a recall issue this week. Appointment made and appointment time honored. Was able to complete the work in under an hour. Have used Crown Nissan several times for service - Gary and his colleagues have made the time easy and have ensured that the work was performed competently. THank you Gary !!!

Overall great experience at Crown Nissan. Kyle Lamont was my salesman and did an excellent job demonstrating the features of the vehicle and making sure it looked perfect at time of delivery. Couldn't be happier with my new Nissan Rogue.

I have had my Nissan Maxima serviced at Crown Nissan for many years. Christine Smith was usually my service advisor and she has been great. I was a little disappointed last week when I came in for my service appointment and she was not there. (Everyone deserves time off.) Lymari Martinez greeted me right away and gave the same great service I had always experienced. She was very thorough. She had my car checked and kept me informed of what was needed and the progress. my cars have been serviced at crown Nissan for many many years and still I can say that the service dept. employees are prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable, in particular a service dept employee - robert zoffer is pleasant and helpful and the service to my car is always done in a timely manner. when he quotes a time and price, I know that it will be done at that time and at that price. thank you Robert zoffer.

Thank You Crown Nissan and Jason Jiovani, my salesperson, for a very good New Car purchasing expeience. I texted and spoke with Jason over the phone several times before even going in. I didn't want to waste my time and Jason answered all the questions i had before I even walked into the dealership. Upon my request, he even sent me some pictures over the phone to make me more comfortable with questions I had, concerning the interior. I received EXCELLENT customer service from Robert Reynolds and driver Randy. Anyone can sell and service cars but it's the genuine people and the friendly customer service that keeps customers coming back. I highly recommend this Nissan dealership and Robert Reynolds. I had my appointment with Crown Nissan in St. Pete, FL and the customer service rep, Richard Stowe was wonderful, even though there was a little mixup with my car appointment, he still accommodated me and gave great service, he is very personable and went the full nine yards to give me a good experience at Crown Nissan. Kudos To Richard! I will be back!
