Short review: Crown Nissan offered a great experience, best price, and Sales Rep Oscar Lopez approached me without the high pressure sales pitch I expected. I would recommend both Crown Nissan and Oscar to anyone looking for a Nissan (I love my new Altima, btw). I had my first service on my 2016 Murano on Tuesday. My service advisor was Lymari Martinez. She was courteous, friendly and extremely knowledgeable concerning my vehicle. I was very pleased with my treatment, the total time involved and the offer of a free car wash. I would recommend Lymari Martinez and the Crown Nissan dealership to any of my friends and associates. I would like to say that my experience at Crown was a great one. But the person that made the experience great was Jason Jiovani. I had a few little snags Purchasing my new Bad Ass Titan XD and her personally took it on himself to correct any issues. He even came in on his day off to get the Truck done. My overall rating with Crown was Excellent!! Thank you Jason for going beyond to make the experience buying a vehicle great.

That was my first visit to Crown Nissan and I was very satisfied about the reception by Mr.Robert Zoffer Jr. He takes care of me ( and my wife ) during oil change and tire rotation.After the job was done I asked him some info.about few buttons on my Rogue SL 2016 ,he takes time and gave me good info.Excellent service.
I had an excellent car buying experience at Crown Nissan on 34th Street N. I received a special offer in my mail and when I arrived at the showroom the sales rep- Dexter Benjamin- went above and beyond to match the price and really did a great job throughout the process. He stayed at the dealership after his work day was over, and he made sure that I got everything I needed before he left. This is my second purchase with Nissan and by far I had the best customer service a buyer may wish for!
