I had an excellent experience with my first scheduled maintenance. Thank you Shannon Emery for providing the best possible service. Oil change, tire rotation and factory recall reset of sensor for passenger side airbag....all with a complimentary car wash. In and out so fast! Such great service, and highly recommended.

I brought my car in for regular oil change and alignment and everyone at Crown Nissan was very friendly. Shannon Emery was my service representative. He was accommodating, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Shannon offered excellent customer service with a smile. While I waited in the lounge, he kept me informed of the progress and when my vehicle was ready he politely walked me out the door. Excellent service.
We just purchased a Rogue from Crown Nissan. Jason Jiovani went above and beyond to help us. He does not make you feel pressured to buy right then and there. I stopped into Crown Nissan with a specific car in mind (used), although at the time, they did not have, Oscar Lopez didn't stop looking until he found it! I was exceptionally pleased with the overall experience. After Oscar called to tell me he found it, when I arrived to test drive, he was tied up with another client, a young lady named Lauren Galston stepped in and helped me out. Both of them were wonderful and I can highly recommend them both! Very happy with my car, the overall experience and the follow up!
