Our experience at Crown Nissan was the best we have ever had. All of the staff members that we encountered were knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. Dexter Benjamin patiently guided us through the comprehensive software menus which gave us a good start at using some of the myriad features on the touch screen. Crown Nissan & Christopher Derby went out of their way to make my experience a good one.
I have always been pleased with Crown Nissan, however, David Gelinas went above and beyond last weekend to get me into the car that I wanted, a brand new Rogue. He also made sure that we received the best deal on this lease and my husband and I were very happy with our experience. He also gave me a correct estimate of the time needed for the service to be performed and indeed I was out the door in less than the estimated time. Wonderful!
