Last Friday, I met with Jason Jiovani. He made sure I felt comfortable from the start. I test drove a 16 Sentra that I fell in love with and took home that day. He was very patient with me as this was my first buying experience on my own. He helped me feel more comfortable in a situation I was already very nervous about. Needless to say my car buying experience with Jason was a 10 out of 10. Crown Nissan in St Petersburg, FL is a top notch dealership! Jason Jiovani went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I was looking for. He gave good suggestions, but was not pushy what-so-ever. The process was painless, quick and professional. My parents came with me (just to look) and they ended up buying a car too. I would recommend Jason and this dealership to anyone. My daughter, aunt and some friends have also bought cars here an dealt with Jason Jiovani.

Crown Nissan St.Petersburg , FL has an outstanding service department. My recent trip in was for warranty work , oil change and mfg. recall. My service rep. was Daniel Jacobs who was excellent in his approach to customer service. He made me aware of some upcoming service milestones and thoroughly explained the work that was completed on my vehicle. The wait time was very reasonable for the amount of work performed. Always a positive experience at Crown.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of working with Christine Smith at Crown. My vehicle was in for its 5,000 mile checkup, a fairly simple service call. Even so, Christine made sure all the details were taken care of, expertly and promptly. She reminded me about a recall on my vehicle, which I will take care of soon. Christine is friendly and totally customer service oriented. She is a credit to the dealership.

I had a service done on my vehicle at Crown Nissan and my rep was Christine Smith. Her customer's service skills are excellent. Her job knowledge and positive attitude toward other workers and customers makes a customer always welcome and things go much smoother. Crown Nissan is servicing three vehicles for me since 2011 and I find this particular location (St. Pete 34th street) to be the best and easiest to work with. Thank you all for your hard work!
