Just had service done on my 2014 Nissan cube.. Greg Burkhart said it would be about two hr. It was less.... Greg is very customer oriented, polite and knowledgeable.. in my opinion he is a positive member of the Nissan team.... my car came out of service with a clean bill of health, which I am very happy about... I recently bought a 2015 Dodge Challenger from Crown Nissan. My son brought his Nissan Xterra into St. Petersburg on a recent visit and while he was here we discovered that he hadn't had it serviced in a while at his local dealership Georgia. Purchasing a new automobile can be a traumatic experience but not for me! Jason Jiovani was more than a great salesman....he welcomed me to the Nissan Altima from the first moment we met. He made sure I had the colors I was interested in ready for viewing. I was very comfortable in the showroom and in his office. But best of all, he went thru all the buttons, toggles and capabilities of the car! He even programmed my phone! I left the lot with the new car of my dreams and a new friend.
Jason Jiovani was my sales rep and Scott was my finance guy whom I worked with as well.. I arrived at 10 am got the exact car I wanted with interior and exterior colors and options needed. Both did an excellent job in getting me what I wanted with no hassles or sales pressure tactics and I was out the door by 11:40 with my new Leased Altima! I came in with no appointment and Richard Shaw saw to it that my truck was serviced quickly while I waited. They even offered a free car wash. I'll begetting all my maintenance done at Crown.
I want to say thank you to Robert Reynolds for helping get my recall repairs done quickly. I will definitely go back again just for the excellent customer service.
