I came in for an oil change, and Robert Zoffer was very nice and courteous. He was helpful by explaining to me in detail that there was a problem with the front right axle which was leaking fluid (grease). I then gave the okay to replace the axle. I am glad that this problem was found and taken care of the same day. The dealership waiting area was very comfortable and clean. Once the job was done, my car was given a car wash as well. It was a pleasure to have Robert help to serve me as a nissan customer. Sherry

Robert Zoffer and Robert Reynolds both assisted me on my recent oil change, both were very helpful, kind and fast. I was offered a ride if needed and my car was washed and vacuumed. very pleased.

We just moved to the area and needed our Xterra serviced so we took it to Crown Nissan. Robert Reynolds was who helped us and we couldn’t have been more satisfied with his kind and professional manner. He kept us informed of the process and everything was ready when he said it would be. We were very pleased with the entire experience and will be using Crown Nissan for our servicing in the future. June

When you live between two states you just stress a little about being handled by a dealership far from home..... then Crown Nissan makes you feel at home. Robert Zoffer knows my diva Rogue better than I do. He makes suggestions [i.e. type of oil] and tells me too when I just don't need additional servicing. The dealership is easy to get to.... comfortable to wait in and with a car wash too. Bob went over the invoice with me and I was on my way. Til next time...
