I recently purchased a new Nissan Murano at Crown Nissan in St. Petersburg. A new car purchase should be exciting and fun but in my past experiences has always been something dreadful. Jake Halterman changed my experience back to being what I thought it should be! Jake was low pressure, very informative, courteous and thoughtful. Many salespeople could take a lesson from Jake. Most people don't like to be pressured just informed.
I am a regular customer of Crown Nissan in Saint Petersburg and I have to say that every time I get my car serviced there, the associates are excellent! Christine and Chuck are usually the ones assisting me and I know that both me and my car is in the best hands.
I helped my mother buy a new car here. Jason Jiovani was very helpful. So far everything is great. I will update if that changes.
As always, had great service for my 2013 Altima - still really love everything about the car. Robert Reynolds was my service writer this time and he was very friendly and helpful and always nice to get the complimentary car wash as well. Would highly recommend Robert and Crown Nissan for anyone looking for their next car.
On my recent visit to Crown Nissan for Service, Chuck Hoover was my Service Rep. He got my 350Z in and serviced right away, and was very thorough in explaining the maint work that needed to be completed on my 350 Z. Thanks to Chuck for taking such great care of me!
