My experience at Crown Joolz has been wonderful! I went to try on dresses at my first appointment and it was a great experience, with lots of patience and kindness. I was really nervous as it was the first time I’d tried on dresses and I found my dress that first appointment, and I couldn’t be happier! The space is absolutely beautiful and there are dress for all body types and budgets! I’m so excited to go again for my next appointment to try my dress on with all the alterations!
Absolutely brilliant! I had such a great time picking out my dress today! For context… I don’t do girlie at all. I don’t wear dresses or skirts. I spend more time in my work gear than anything else (I’m a mechanic - so defo not the dressy up kind of gal) And so this was completely out of my comfort zone and I was soooo worried about finding a bridal studio and going to the appointment let alone finding the right wedding dress! but I can honestly say I had the best time and jools was so lovely and so knowledgeable, once we pi... read more
Julie was absolutely amazing! I found my dream dress on my first visit after having a bad experience elsewhere, she was patient and allowed me to try on so many different styles to find the right one. She was great from my first appointment to when I picked up my dress, which was altered perfectly! I couldn’t recommend Crown Joolz enough!
I first met Joolz at a wedding fair, booked in my first appointment for the end of November 2024. I was extremely nervous at my first appointment and didn't think I would find a dress. Joolz is so welcoming and so down to earth, she made me feel super comfortable and I ended up finding my dream dress with her. Have just started my wedding dress journey and went to see Joolz at Crown Joolz and she was so welcoming from start to finish. She made the whole process of starting off choosing dresses to ending up designing a bespoke dress that no one else has! Joolz was amazing in making us feel comfortable, listening to want i wanted and the look i was trying to achieve and she absolutely created my dream dress!!
