Always always warm, welcoming & utterly fabulous to deal with. You can trust in Sue & Steve completely for both sales & repairs. Sentimental jewellery is treated with the utmost respect regardless of “worth”. And their jewellery is “diamond”!!! Highly recommend

Absolutely fabulous!!! I had an old ring shank that had lost its diamond. It has great sentimental value as my dad had bought one for my mum and one for me. It's called a dancing diamond and is unusual as the diamond slides along the ring. It was made in Hong Kong back in 1973. I have 2 daughters who I can now pass a dancing diamond on to each of them since my mother sadly passed away. Would highly recommend Crown Jewellers! The diamond fell out of my engagement ring, which had been made by a jeweller in Otley. Crown Jewellers did a superb job repairing the ring - a friendly, fast and efficient service. I had forgotten how shiny the ring originally was!!! I would 100% recommend Sue and Steve for all your jewellery requirements!
