Overall good buying experience. Time getting out the door was a bit lengthy, but that's typical for any dealership. We didn't have a trade but did drive a Jeep onto the dealership to shop. They offered to give us a trade in estimate on it. We allowed them to drive it and never got the estimate while on property. They offered to send it to us later as we had everything wrapped up with our purchase. I reminded the salesman the following Monday who said he would check into it again. I am the worst kind of buyer- as I’m in sales for a living, so a salesperson trying to sell to a salesperson...usually recipe for disaster. I have to say, Dustin was outstanding. His non-aggressive approach was exactly what I needed, and his fast response time and knowledge made the car buying process far more enjoyable than I’ve had in the past. I also must give credit to Andy, the sales manager, as he made me feel like my business was important and i was valued. Excellent job guys.
Well finally after 4 weeks I get my truck back just too find that Crown Dodge Cleveland TN didn't do what they said they would. Hood still creased and couldn't even call too let me know. Very upsetting to know that they care very little about the ones driving and buying there vehicles.
Bought my new jeep wrangler which had a horrible detail job on Nov 16th traded my 2017 4 runner wrote a check for payoff it cleared my account in 3 days and as of today Dec 8th I'm getting collection calls that crown still hasn't sent my payoff in
