Terrible treatment after they get you into a vehicle. Horrendous communication, no one has answers to justify their mistakes, no one takes responsibility for their mistakes. Was shown one vehicle & sold a different one, when I addressed this they said that the paperwork is done. Many detail issues with the truck. I had to jump thru hoops just to be transferred to a human instead of a voicemail box. Im so beyond irritated and wholeheartedly regret stepping foot into this dealership.

RecommendedService team was great! I had Melissa as my advisor, I called on Saturday the 9th with a Check Engine Light and the Jeep sounding like Chewbacca and ended up leaving a message. She called me back within a half hour and was able to get me in first thing today (the 11th). Not even 2 hours later and I had my car back running good as new with no issues.
