Seems as if no one was really interested in selling a Jeep. We were told my husband's company discount on vehicle was $600. Left the dealership. We went to Mtn View CDJ in Ringgold the same day and bought the jeep. $2000 off the same jeep with his discount. No one seems to even know what's going on in the Cleveland Dealership.
Great sales staff. Even better service staff. I have had nothing to complain about; from buying my new Town & Country to getting routine maintenance. It's great!
Bought myself my dream car this February...a 2015 Jeep Wrangler!! Carolyn talked to me, not at me and let me take my time making a decision. She is the exact type of person you want to buy a car from. She isn't pushy, she gives you facts not BS and if you're not ready to commit she respects that and doesn't hound you like other dealers I've dealt with. And she has been nothing but wonderful since. Crown is incredibly lucky to have such an amazing employee
