Sales team is great! I had a pleasant experience, fair pricing and an easy purchase. However service is awful. First issue was my brakes which i replaced only a few months in, after service had passed them for sale and i was told they were fine. My vehicle is certified pre-owned purchased 1 year ago. I got a flyer in the mail and it said I won something so I thought I would give it a shot to see what it would be. I walked in and there was no one at the receptionist desk. My dad and I waited there a few minutes. A representative came out and said that they were getting a “code red” at the front desk, multiple times, because we were waiting for someone to help us. Sunday I stopped by Larry H. Miller Dodge Peoria I got a flyer in the mail saying I won something so I thought I would go see (yes I know it’s garbage, and a scam but I was bored 😂) anyway that’s besides the point.
