How could Crown improve? Funny! Start by shooting straight with potential buyers. Lay it on the line. How does one seemingly buy a vehicle for the price on the windshield and end up with a loan for more than $10,000 over that? Mike McCarther is a fast talking, get-er-done typical salesman (even though he denies being a salesman) with a pen in his hand. Be careful...you can't believe anything you hear and most certainly, anything you sign...

They advertise cars for sale but cannot provide any information on them, just automated responses.

Your service department has gotten very bad. Had to come back 3 times to replace a hood latch cable. I have been a customer for over 6 years and bought 2 cars from you and the fact I had to come back 3 times because your service department cannot get the right part and follow through with appointment times is astounding.
Love the dealership and the people that work there always willing to help and go above and beyond expectation!
DO NOT take your car here unless you want to wait all day for it and then be ripped off by these guys. Absolutely ridiculous. Never taking my car here again. Made an appointment for 7:00 am to have my radio fixed. Called around 2:30 pm only to be told they had not even pulled my car in because I didn’t have an appointment. I made this appointment online AND called to verify the day before. After them looking at my car, I was told I would need a new radio and it would be around $750.
