Crown Chase Apartments are really nice in a good location with a great affordable price. It’s a very quiet community, and if you ever have an issue with anything the management staff is always happy to help. Definitely would recommend it! �
My experience at this apartment complex has been satisfactory so far. The location is both convenient and safe. The complex is generally very quiet at night, and the grounds are well maintained. The only downside is the parking situation. Parking spaces are limited; if you don't get home from work right at 5:00pm, chances are you'll have to park far away from your apartment. Also, the stripes indicating loading zones could stand to be repainted; they are almost impossible to see at night.

We have lived here since October and are very happy with Crown Chase. We appreciate the friendly office staff and that the property is well maintained and quiet. I have recommended Crown Chase to several acquaintances.
