Great apartments, safe environment, nice staff, decently priced. As with any apartment home, maintenance could always do better.
Harley and Ashley were very informative and friendly when it came to me moving here. Thank you ladies. I love my apartment and the neighbors are very friendly.
We have been here for just one month but we are loving it. It’s quiet, Work orders are promptly resolved, the apt is fantastic.
I LOVE Living at Crown Chase!! Super nice, clean, apartments and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I can't wait for warmer weather to enjoy all the amenities such as the pool and free bike rental. Great community full of great people!. So glad I made the move to Crown chase apartments.
I have lived at Crown Chase apartments since August. I have absolutely loved living here. Very nice and quiet area. The scenery is beautiful and it's very close to shopping places. The only downfall is the parking
I do love living here. The staff is great along with the maintenance. I do however wish people would slow down while driving in the parking lot and pick up their dog's poop in common areas but overall it is a wonderful place to live. There are many families that live here and it is kid friendly.
I'm a fairly new resident to Crown Chase, yet enjoy living here ~ I love most everything about my apartment, and what the community has to offer!! I have found the office staff to be friendly and helpful when I've needed assistance, and any non-emergency work orders I've put in have been completed to my satisfaction within a couple of days, at the most.
