RecommendedA Clean, friendly and safe place to live. Big apartments with great lighting and the best thing is the prices. The staff are always friendly and the Maintenance team is great. Wouldn’t recommend any other place to live!

I love living at Crown Chase. I’ve lived here for almost a year and the office staff has always been helpful and friendly. My apartment is spacious and I love the layout. Being right next to a neighborhood Walmart, QuikTrip, Starbucks, Kohl’s and other various shops and restaurants is very convenient. Easy access to the Creek Turnpike and Riverside Trails. Worst place to stay you'll end up paying for your free month in the end. Along with an extra month. Do not go here if you care about manners and being treated well /respectful.
I've lived here at Crown Chase for about 4 years. I love the community garden and the other amenities offered here. They hold tenant appreciation functions regularly. The pool area is nice and clean and there are several gas grill areas around the complex that are free to use for residents. I will say their Christmas lights are a little odd but, I guess it's the same as other properties managed by the same company. I like it here and think I'll stick around a while longer.
