RecommendedI have lived at Crown Chase for a little over a year and I love it here. The office staff is wonderful and anytime I have had a maintenance issue they have been out quickly even when I had an after hours issue. I really like the extra space in my larger one bedroom apartment. The grounds are always well kept and it is a relatively quiet complex where I feel safe
We love it here at Crown Chase! The staff has always been friendly to us and on top of things. If we need something done in our apartment, they come quickly to make sure it’s taken care of. They always greet us if they see us outside of our apartment, either going to get the mail or just walking our dog. Parking is always tight but we have made it work. We have been here for almost two years! So, it’s safe to say we like it.
This is without a doubt the best apartment complex to live in. I can go on and on about how grateful I am to be a resident here, but it’s really the little things, especially during these challenging times that make me love this place. Today, I open my door to find a gift bag filled with goodies for Valentine’s Day. Management is always so respectful and understanding and the same goes for maintenance. I’ve now lived here for 4 1/2 years and my review remains the same! This is a great place to live. My rent is a good rate and I didn’t have to let go of wanting to live in a safe area or having a nice apartment to get a better rate for my budget. I love living at Crown Chase. The office staff has always been helpful and friendly. My apartment is spacious and I love the floor plan. One of the best things about living here is the staff. Every single one has always been friendly, helpful, and professional. They keep up with communication and maintenance has always fixed my issues within 24 hrs. I really love the friendly little games and things they put on for tenants. It's nice to see them go out of their way to keep tenants. The grounds are always clean. I love the pool and large chess set. Crown Chase is by far the best apartment complex. From the spacious floor plans, great amenities, and easy access to all the highways in Tulsa, you definitely get your money’s worth! The price point is fantastic which is also a plus. The staff is so friendly and maintenance is always so quick to fix any problems. The grounds are very well kept and it’s a quiet complex to live in which I’ve really enjoyed the past few years. I can’t recommend it enough! ❤️

There's many pros for this apartment complex to cover, few cons, and couple neutral. Pros: Floor plan: The apartment I have is one of the smaller offerings, but never feels small. The floor plan is extremely open. If you're used to apartments that are segmented all over this will be a breath of fresh air. General layout feels thoughtful with little loss in space....
