My experience with Crossroads Ford was outstanding. Our salesman Ron and Bill made purchasing a car exciting rather than painful. They made the process so easy and were so accommodating, I will never purchase a car from anywhere else. The finance department especially Gallo really work hard for you. They work hard for the best financing and will fight for you and doing the paperwork was so quick. Their customer service went above and beyond excellent.
