I had an excellent experience. Emily was a great help. Got a truck from the Cary store, test drive, see another truck, test drive... and a no pressure purchase. Great team got us out in a new car in great time.
I called in the Morning and they where able to accommodate my vehicle and they completed he job.

As always the service is friendly and efficient. I had my c-max serviced long distance with the help of friends and a Few friends and it was very done. The car itself, is great to drive and I love the mileage it provides.

The service staff went above and beyond the average customer service measures! I came in with a bad wheel bearing at 2:00pm and they made it happen without an appointment! This and being from out of town and needing to get back on the road home which is 650 miles away! A big thank you to Tim and Ann for making a bad situation better!
Could not have asked for better service. We went on a spur of the moment JUST TO LOOK. Couldn't pass up the deal.
Not only did I drop my vehicle off and was told It would be checked etc. but did not hear back for hours before I called the service dept for an update. I was then told they were short handed and didn't have time to look at my vehicle. Even though I was a walk in it would have been nice to know to make an appt and come back another day versus being inconvenienced without my vehicle for hours.
First, Debbie got me into the PERFECT car, then there is the spectacular service department! Every single aspect of Crossroads Ford has been wonderful! You have a customer for life!
