I have been to Crossroads Ford a few times now and every time they have been very courteous and friendly. I had no problem setting up an appointment and when I was there for the appt. they were ready and for me. I even didn't have to wait as long as they said it might take. I would highly recommend Crossroads to anyone needing service on their car.
Very nice people and place. I am from out of town and twice when I just stopped in and needed help they graciously helped me with key batteries and low tires!

Evin has always given the time and expertise needed for full maintenance of my Lincoln MKX. He has gone the extra mile to save me $$ on almost every occasion. The service dept. is the best! When I need a new MKX I am going to go and see 'Mac' who always does his best to get the vehicle and deal that you want.

The entire staff at Crossroads is wonderful. We have been dealing with them for almost 10 years, and have never had a negative experience.
No problems with the Service Deptartment but after each visit there's the annoying follow up calls trying to convince me to "upgrade" to a new Ford. Seems as if the sales department is taking advantage with the service orders.
