I was interested in dealing with them until yesterday afternoon first thing they did not have the truck there and I waste my time driving down there the sales people are really rude one guy was trying to get out of there so he could watch a football game I think that they need to be honest with people before you drive down there to buy something and you waste your time and money

Frustrated at first with the lack of communication with the service department when I arrived. The service manager Tim Garner did come through and make things right.
Each time I’ve dropped off my Focus ST to get serviced, I was in and out under an hour. They are more than accommodating and John Bullard doesn’t mind shooting the breeze with you while you wait. As for the car, it’s been a great car that I love driving. When a battery cell broke and they had the car for a couple days to diagnose it and replace it, they had enterprise come out, pick up my wife and put her in a vehicle until it was fixed. Crossroads Ford of Southern Pines is winning me over and may have repeat business.
