Edit: response to lies posted below... I guess the booking agent wasnt impressed with your 'evidence' seeing as they refunded me without even requesting that! Do you not clean between guests at all? Both bathrooms were filthy and I had to scrub them before they could be used. Both toilets were covered in feces and the dishwasher was full of dirty, smelly water that had clearly been there for days.
