For years I have wasted money on commercial gym memberships, barely turning up. I moved to the area in December 2022 and started at the gym that same week and have never looked back! Coaches are super knowledgeable and are so skilled at what they do. Great variety of classes - including hyrox - but also classes that give you time to practice and learn skills like gymnastics and olympic lifting. CrossFit Wyre Forest is the best community gym you could ever hope for. The classes are fantastic and motivate you to continue going and improving on new skills. The coaches are first class and the owners are constantly listening to feedback to improve the gym and pour so much love and care into it. It makes a conventional gym seem so boring. I have made friends for life and couldn’t recommend it more!

Wyre Forest CrossFit is an exemplar inclusive physical and mental wellbeing business. Everyone is, (Phil, Becks, Emma, Liz, Leo, Karen) amazingly passionate and highly talented professionals. We’ve been to many a gym establishment in our now, many years, but the culture and personal level of support and motivation is above and Beyond, we unreservedly recommend this team, who have been brilliant in helping us work around our legacy injuries and limitations .
