Thank you for a very warm welcome and a great class today. Excellent clear and concise coaching, with well thought out scaling noptions for all levels. Very impressive amount of Rogue kit available, including barbells, bumpers and Echo bikes. Good location in an industrial estate, meaning very accessible by car, with plenty of parking. It has set me up well for the day at Lego Land.
Ever changing workouts, go at your own pace and great instructors. Really lovely to be back in a sociable gym! Update may25: lots of workouts to choose from, knowledgeable trainers and such a supportive atmosphere. No pressure to hulk out or injure yourself, and you can scale the exercises to suit.
