As a newbie to CrossFit, I found this gym to be the perfect introduction. I attended the 6:30 class with Daisy, who was great at helping you get started, and the rest of the class were very welcoming. If you’re on the fence about whether it’s for you, take advantage of the trial session and get stuck in — you won’t regret it.
Hands down the best CrossFit experience I've had! I've tried a couple of CrossFit gyms in the past, and while they were decent, nothing compares to CrossFit Warminster.
