Joined whilst on holiday for a week - amazing CrossFit box with great coaching and lovely people. Can’t recommend more.

Jono and Callum are so great at adapting the workouts to suit all abilities. As a beginner I have never felt awkward or silly and every one of the members have been so welcoming and friendly. Great place to go.
First CrossFit session! Visiting family in the area, awesome! As an Gym newbie I was made to feel welcome and given extra attention from Jono the trainer to keep up and made sure I was doing the correct things. Definitely recommend.
