Amazing gym with great coaches. Good place for any skill level :)
Had the pleasure of doing 15.5 at CrossFit Uffda with Coach Jason doing an excellent job of coaching me through mobility, warmup and the workout. I like the size and layout of his gym and the location is classic CrossFit...industrial, tucked off a main road, and just grungy enough. Thoroughly enjoyed dropping in.

I love this place! The atmosphere is very welcoming, and coaches Jason and Megan are among the best coaches I've worked with in any athletic endeavor. They give clear technical instruction and have something to offer both beginners and expert Crossfitters.
Highly recommend Saturday Suffering with Jason Massie. Great coach and even better atmosphere.
