Great place to be involved with. I love the people, they are what makes it so great, they are very helpful, supportive, and push me beyond what I thought possible. Being here regularly helps me achieve my fullest potential physically and humors my desire to live a healthy life well into my mid 100s! So, I'll be going here awhile yet.
