CrossFit UFFDA & coach Jason have had such an amazing, positive impact on my life. I walked in absolutely terrified, but Jason scaled the workouts to my ability while still challenging me in ways I never thought possible. I've made incredible progress since I started in August, and can't wait to see where I can go. I have also never experienced such a supportive, nonjudgmental fitness environment. What a great community!
If someone would have asked me 5 months ago to try a Crossfit class, I would have insisted they see a doctor because I was sure they were crazy. Crossfit has brought a big change in my lifestyle. Never had I thought I would be someone excited to talk about, read and do cleans, snatches and all the crap we do at Uffda (dint even know what a clean and snatch meant). But now I am waiting to see what the next day's WOD is and planning how I ll go about it all day. Great atmosphere and clean facility. I've worked in the Fitness Industry for the last 15 yrs and can honestly say Jason is one of the most solid coaches I've met. Great technical training in a fun and healthy environment. Great for newcomers and seasoned Crossfitters. Highly recommended!
