I love this place because of the coaches: Sarah and Jason! They are great!! The people who goes there are awesome too, you feel comfortable no matter what your physical fitness level is. �
I love this place! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The coaches are amazing and work with your strengths and weaknesses . It doesn't matter what size shape or sex you are, this gym is it!
The magic place which made me go back again and again to embrace the pain, take on the challenge and still have loads of fun. Jason is such a fantastic coach he makes cross fit easy! Sarah is another great person and coach I met at this place. Both of them make this gym so much to look forward to.
