A good time, a great Box, and safe place! Coach Jason and Sarah are great people and good at what they do. It is my favorite place to make a sweat angle! whatever level you are at they will go out of their way to help you, and keep you safe as you keep improving and leaning crossFit. the lesson is never over...keep improving... .the journey is long....and remember rule number 1 have fun.
Never thought I would be the CrossFit type, and worried that old injuries would prevent me from doing this. Turns out this is the best place to be...a focus on good form, modified workouts for me to protect my old injuries, and good people are why I love Crossfit Uffda more than any gym I've ever belonged to. A commitment here is a commitment to better health and fitness. Just sign up already.

I love Uffda!! I didn't think I could love a workout facility so much! I came in with some experience lifting weights, and doing mediocre workouts on my own. Now I know if I show up, I am without a doubt going to get a great full body workout along with the mental component involving pushing yourself harder than you thought you were capable of.
