I dropped in while on vacation and this is probably the friendliest group of people I have ever met. Great coach and challenging WODs!

I was in Foley for a week for work and stopped by as a drop-in. The coach is absolutely informative and helpful and the class made me feel welcome. I will definitely be going back next time I vacation Gulf Shores or work Foley.
