I have never written a review on Facebook. I started Crossfit 3 weeks ago, and I can honestly say I LOVE IT! I am 34, 269lbs(43% bodyfat) and never worked out in my life. The 1st day I truly did believe I was going to die, but It was a real wake up call about my health. You DON'T have to be "Already In Shape" to do Crossfit. CrossFit Strong Heart is the best! One of the best decisions I've ever made is to begin Crossfit training, and I'm 71 years old. Andrew at CrossFit Strong Heart is an amazing coach. His attention to good form, proper technique, and encouragement along the way can't be matched. The gym has a supportive, family-like atmosphere in every class. I highly recommend you check it out!
