I was very skeptical about going to CrossFit because I had heard all the myths that you are going to look like a bodybuilder or hurt yourself, but my husband talked me into trying it and I’m so happy he did! Andrew is amazing and definitely knows his stuff! And everyone is so supportive and encouraging! We have been going now for 9 months and LOVE our new gym family!! And my 7 year old daughter absolutely loves the kids CrossFit class and LOVES coach Matt!
I dropped in last week while in town on business. The coach that day was very short with me. He acted bothered by my presence and having to help. Will choose a different box to drop in next time. I would appreciate any suggestions.
