RecommendedI decided to try CrossFit for the first time during a 6-week challenge a couple of years ago. Andrew was very helpful in setting up my app to track my macros, and a plan that would work best for me. The members are so positive and welcoming. I learned a lot in the six weeks and could feel a big difference in my overall mind and health! I would recommend anyone (no matter your age or shape) to at least try it and it may just be for you!

Highly recommend Strong Heart for many reasons. The trainers are thorough, keep you safe and encourage you every workout. The people that go motivate you and make you feel comfortable in the only REAL no judge zone. The workouts...whew. I walked in thinking I was tough and found out real quick that I wasn’t. But I’m getting there. Gyms don’t work for 99.9% of people because there’s no support BUT StrongHeart is the answer for that. You want results? Show up!
