Awesome GYM with great COACHES! I have been a member for over 9 months. My friend kept telling me about Crossfit Strong Heart and how I should join. I was nervous at first, especially from what I heard about Crossfit being crazy hard. The first time I stepped in there, I was greeted by friendly members and giving me the, "way to go, you got this" as I struggle towards the finish line. We did a drop in while on vacation to finish out the open. The coach and gym members were awesome! Very accommodating to us. We visit Gulf Shores often and would definitely be back!
Ever since I stared CrossFit I have felt better about myself.
It has helped me gain physical and mental strength. There are things I would have never imagined I could do but I am doing them now! It is a great way to release stress! No matter what your age or physical ability is you can do this! Everything can be modified to fit your abilities. It's exciting and rewarding to see yourself improve and grow!
