The best decision Ive made when it comes to my fitness! Ive never stuck with a program but this is addictive! There is no better feeling then watching yourself accomplish things you couldn't do a week ago. I not only have gained confidence in myself, Ive also gained a family! Andrew is a phenomenal trainer and will help you succeed past what you are mentally capable of! I dont plan on stopping for a while and cant wait to see where my journey with crossfit goes! Give it a whirl, You wont regret it.
Soooo, I guess my "not being able to sleep" has something to do with my guilty conscious about missing Crossfit tonight!
I love the camaraderie that we have and I'm so much stronger and healthier since I've been training.
