Best thing I have ever done in my life and I was almost 60 when I started ! The coaches, the members are beyond welcoming, patient and the only person you compete with is YOU ! The support and encouragement is there in bucket loads, if you aren’t member then you are missing out on making the best of yourself 💕
Great place for getting fit and healthier. Wide variety of weights & equipment available and flexible class times. Great group of people too. Highly recommend.
