Incredible coaching, great community, facilities are top class. Would highly recommend for anyone at any experience level. The coaches know how to scale and evolve all movements to make sure it is suited for everyone and enjoyable.

Just LOVE this place! I wasn’t sure CrossFit was going to be for me but from the moment I walked through the door on day one back in November, I knew I had found the gym for me! Sean and the whole team are so welcoming and supportive, making every class a challenge while still being fun! The gym and equipment is top notch and there is a fantastic community of all ages and abilities. I would highly recommend to all but be warned it’s addictive!!

FFT (CrossFit and Hyrox gym) in Sonning Common is a friendly welcoming space for all abilities. Having seen CrossFit on social media I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to keep up. However; with the amazing coaches and great workouts it has me wishing I’d joined sooner.
