My year old daughter has been loving crossfit. She was very shy at first, but each week her confidence is growing, and trying things we never thought she would give a go. Leigh is fantastic with the kids, he's teaches them different techniques each week and the kids love him !
Both 3 and 5 year old love it! Leigh is great with the kids!
