More than just a gym, this place feels like a community. It's welcoming to all levels of fitness. The coaches all have great levels of knowledge and support everyone to their individual needs. The cafe has a fab cup of coffee too. Love this place.

CrossFit Retford is a great destination for fitness, strength building and dietary advice. Not only that you can relax in the cafe and we had the very best porridge and coffee we have ever tasted !!! Recently expanded space means that we can look forward to lots more new and exciting activities!!
Love it! Been at Crossfit Retford for 2 years now and can honestly say I feel more motivated than ever. Great community in the gym & out made some lovely friends who all push you to achieve your best. Both Ben & Rosie are so patient and help you learn skills you never dreamed you could achieve. Give it a try & you'll be hooked!
