Awesome workouts, definitely the place to get a sweat on. Suitable for all abilities as you can tailor the workout for yourself (I still trained while i was pregnant under the coaches supervision). You can choose a membership with coach led classes, use the open gym or both, plus there is a PAYG option if needed. The gym is quite in the day so you tend to get a private gym to yourself which is a bonus. You also get an app with all the workouts on incase you miss any & you can record your progress.
Been training for over 2 years and love the sessions which always challenge me. Great atmosphere and coaches that encourage you to keep going.
An excellent box with great trainers - the sessions are addictive!
An absolutely fantastic box with great people and coaches. There are no egos and everyone goes at their own pace if wanted, I Cannot recommend this place enough.
