Amazing place. I hadn’t ever been to CrossFit before, but Steve, Karen and the team teach you everything from the very basics and genuinely love to help you progress.
Great gym, plenty of equipment and lovely coach
This place is amazing! After many years of no consistency dipping in and out of the gym and just winging things with no clue as to what I was doing I thought I would sign up for the free class and give this crossfit a whirl. The coaching is great and a special mention to Karen who really looked after me as complete newbie, scaled the workouts to my level and was super supportive and motivating! My first time having a go at crossfit and I couldn't have had a better introduction. Sadly work meant I could not continue in the Devon area otherwise it would have become a weekly thing. The next crossfit gym I go to will have a lot to live it up to because of Steve and Karen. Thank you!
