First class and was very nervous. Super friendly and supportive members spoke to me in the car park, showed me in and made me feel at ease. The coaches were equally friendly and encouraging. What a great class. What a great community!
Friendly staff, not too intimidating. motivational but not forced
I cannot recommend Monarch enough. As someone who is very new to CrossFit and a total novice, I could not have asked for a more welcoming community of highly trained individuals. The gym is well equipped, great location and even offers free parking. There are multiple options of membership to suit your needs. Every single person at Monarch was welcoming and an incredible support. The set up within the gym is top quality to go along with the top quality coaches.
